3R’s of Personal Accountability

Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening,

A year ago, attended a monthly meeting where the main topic of discussion were the recent in events in that is going on across the country.  During the meeting, everyone in attendance were given the opportunity to expressed their feelings about what is going on in the country and throughout the world.     Towards the end of the meeting, the Facilitators shifted course and challenged everyone in attendance to come up with their own ways to bring harmony and healing based on providing resources, being resilient, and taking personal responsibility.  As everyone one around the room shared their challenge, I was inspired to use this platform and come up with ways I can play my part to bringing harmony to the based on what I call the 3R’s (resources, resilient, and responsibility).

  • Tune into my meditation practice in times of angst and stress.

  • Journal
  • Eat Healthy
  • Go to the Gym
  • Partner and Network with like minded individuals.
